Over the past several months COMANCO has been constructing a Freshwater Detention Pond at a Central Florida Chemical Facility. Led by Superintendent Gary Mitchell Jr, the crew has excavated, hauled, and placed nearly 160,000 cubic yards of fill material to construct the perimeter dike. Along with earthwork, COMANCO is in the process of extending six existing monitoring wells around the pond. The extension of the wells include HPDE pipe work, PVC pipe work, and concrete work. Continue to check in as COMANCO makes progress on the detention pond.
