COMANCO Environmental is moving along importing soil fill for a 33-acre cell sub-grade expansion while completing a partial closure on an adjacent cell on Florida’s Southwest coast . On average, roughly 6,000 tons of import soil are being brought in daily for the future cell. The 4.5 acre closure will be ready for the final soil cover layer later this week with sod installation to follow. Supervisor, Chase Yarbrough has been leading the on-site efforts.
