The Starkey Ranch Sports Complex continues to progress nicely. The stucco exterior is complete on the Concession Building with the Restroom getting underway today. The metal framing in the Maintenance Building is coming along smoothly as the rooms are starting to take shape. Our electricians, plumbers, and HVAC subcontractors have been busy installing everything required for the 2nd rough-in inspection at the Concession and Restrooms Buildings, which COMANCO passed today! Next up, the ceiling insulation and framing can begin. Check back, as we will continue to post photos of our progress!
