The exterior work of the Concession Building at the new Starkey Ranch District Park kicked off this week. The masonry seat wall and grill wall footers were excavated, and rebar was installed in preparation for the concrete pour. The seat wall will form the barrier of the concrete patio area that will surround the Concession Building. The area will have picnic tables and additional landscaping installed once the concrete is in. The irrigation system that will water the palm trees inside the area began installation this week as well. Check back for more updates as the Starkey Ranch District Park work continues.
