The roof panels for the pre-engineered metal Maintenance Building at the Starkey Ranch Sports Complex have been installed. The trim work will be wrapped up this week, and the overhead doors will be the last item before dry-in. As the exterior for the PEMB wraps up, framers have been installing the roofing at the stand-alone Restroom and Concession buildings. Coordination has been the key to production. COMANCO’s HVAC subcontractor was able to install the main trunks for the A/C duct in the Concession building while the framers were onsite setting the trusses. Both building’s roof frame work will be complete this week.
