COMANCO has been recently working on a lined ash landfill cap. The scope consists of making repairs to holes in the liner, as well as grading out a valley to allow stormwater to flow per design. The team has done a great job in QC testing for leaks, making many repairs, and fixing subgrade washouts below the liner. The team is being led by Foreman Kenny Frazier and Gerardo Ruiz. Safety is talked about each day while hazards and controls are discussed between the team. Enjoy some progress photos!
