A crew working on a gyp stack closure on a chemical plant in Central Florida is making progress this week. 12,000 liner feet of a 12″ corrugated lower drain system is almost tied in back to the starting point where the crew began benching as early as May. The line should be completely installed and backfilled by the end of next week. The crew will then begin installing a 12″ corrugated upper drain system just above this lower drain line.
