COMANCO is working on the last phase of a nearly 2.5 million SF geosynthetics installation project at a power plant in central Florida. The geosynthetics system consists of a 80 mil HDPE white textured geomembrane, 80 mil HDPE white smooth geomembrane, 30 mil Gundseal, 15 mil Gundseal and a Composite Drainage Net.
The geosynthetics portion of the project is scheduled to complete at the end of January 2015. The crew has been led by Superintendents Jorge Barrantes, Larry Graham, Arnulfo Martinez, Foreman Kenny Frazier, QC Manager Bob Lung, and Project Engineer Mohammad Lutfiyya, and the team has done a great job on keeping safety the main focus on the job. Attached are a few photos from the last couple of weeks onsite.
