The COMANCO team is nearing the completion of a pond closure project located in southeast Louisiana. The crew has been installing 40 mil smooth HDPE liner in five (5) ponds on this project since mid-March and liner installation in the sixth and final pond will begin next week. The team anticipates demobilization to be early September as there is also T&M repair work and pipe fusion work going on. Once the project is complete, the crew will have installed 1,541,000 SF of 40 mil liner.
The management team consists of: Project Superintendent Steve Whittum, Liner Superintendent Larry Graham, Liner Foreman Pablo Medina, Louisiana Area Manager Scotty Martone, Sr. Project Engineer Nick Bridges, and Project Engineer Mohammad Lutfiyya.
