A group of newly hired COMANCO employees took a tour of the liner project COMANCO is working on at the Boyette waste water Reservoir in Wesley Chapel, FL. The new employees were able to see firsthand how liner is deployed and welded using a wedge welder. The employees also saw how a patch was welded using an extrusion welder and then tested for leaks using the V-Box.
Project Manager Matt Remmert gave the new employees an in depth explanation of the scope of work for the liner repairs and took the time to explain each step while the liner was being deployed. Superintendent Nathan Wilfong also took the time to explain how the liner welds are tested using a tensiometer. Nathan gave a brief explanation about what equipment is needed on the job site and how it impacts the finished project.
A big thanks to Matt and Nathan for expanding our knowledge: another group of employees left the job site as proud members of the COMANCO family!
