- Improving equipment training with tailored instruction for using our industry-specific spreader bar attachment while operating the skid steer. Partnering with industry experts like Ring Power, we provide hands-on training opportunities, empowering our workforce with the skills needed to excel while prioritizing safety.
- We are Standardizing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in our Fleet Department. We now mandate PPE use in our Fleet Yard to align with our field job sites and ensure consistency for all personnel regardless of location. By unifying PPE requirements, we fortify a culture of safety, mitigating risks and protecting our workforce.
- We are implementing the Job Start-Up Checklist to ensure safety on the job site from the beginning. The team meticulously examines the job site to identify potential hazards and promptly initiates hazard analysis procedures, fostering a culture of safety and preparedness. Additionally, conducting a thorough walk-around with the crew reinforces the commitment to hazard identification and mitigation to address potential dangers effectively.
