Last week, another group of new hires completed their three-day 24-hour training of MSHA New Miner. The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) requires this training for any newly employed individual who has not gone through this training program. This training covers the safe work habits and rules for each employee to follow while on a mine site.
