A landfill liner deployment project commenced this week in Pittsburg, California. The project has steep slopes and the crew has encountered high wind, but they continue to deploy safely with zero accidents. The project includes installation of 530,000 SF of 80-mil textured high density polypropylene (HDPE), 212,000 SF of 330-mil (6oz/6oz) double-sided (DS) geocomposite, and 330,000 SF of 12oz/sy non-woven geotextile. The project also includes 800 linear feet of tie-in to existing geomembrane.
