COMANCO is proud to congratulate Jose Sanchez, Liner Technician, who is celebrating two years as a COMANCO employee on March 17, 2016.
Fun Facts about Jose: Since starting with COMANCO, Jose says he has learned a lot as the company provides extensive training opportunities for new technology in working with geosynthetics. In his position as a Liner Technician, he has learned how to operate all the machines, as well as, heavy equipment such as the forklift, skid steer, and loader. When Jose is not deploying liner or operating heavy equipment, he is diligent about helping his team.
Jose is originally from Mexico and says he misses the festivities, the food, and people. His family still lives in Mexico, and he visits them every chance he gets. In his free time, Jose likes to walk and have fun conversations with his friends. He likes Mexican food, and when he notices a Mexican restaurant near the job site, Jose takes advantage and goes when he can. Jose sees himself being part of the COMANCO team for many years to come and welcomes the opportunity for more training to better himself in his job.
