In March of this year, several of our COMANCO staff members traveled to Nevada for CONEXPO 2020, North America’s largest construction trade show.
This event is held every three years in Las Vegas and features the latest equipment advances and newest technology applications in every aspect of construction. For the last three decades, CONEXPO has provided us with the resources needed to create greater efficiencies within COMANCO.
Our professional partner, HCSS, was one of the 2,300 companies exhibiting at the event. In the spirit of competition, they set up a HeavyJob Time Card Challenge, in which contestants had to complete a detailed time card in under two minutes, including hours worked, equipment utilization, material quantities, diary notes, and even jobsite photos.
Over 300 attendees of the trade show participated in this challenge, but our very own Project Manager Dan McRae took first place on the leader board with a time of 1 minute and 17 seconds.
In honor of this accomplishment, our friends at HCSS have decided to name Dan as the official HeavyJob Time Card Challenge champion and award him with an official champion’s belt.
We want to congratulate Dan on winning this award and representing COMANCO at this event!
