Today, our new hires attended Task Training in our Fleet Department to gain some hands-on knowledge of the standard tools and equipment we use in the field. This skill-based training includes, but is not limited to Compressor training, Utility knife Safety, Tensiometer training, as well as Wedge and Extrusion Welder training. As COMANCO is committed to SAFETY, QUALITY, and SERVICE, this training helps ensure that the task is done “right” the first time and the only way to do the task “right” is to do it the safe way.
As always, we want to give credit to our Fleet Team that conducts this vital training for our new hires and helps prepare them for a safe and successful career at COMANCO.
