COMANCO Fleet has added the John Deere 1575 Terrain Cut Commercial Front Mower to its equipment pool. Among its many features is the enclosed comfort cab with air conditioning, single speed 4wd, PTO drive, floatation turf tires, ballast weights, and hydrostatic transmission. COMANCO had the John Deere 60 Heavy Duty Rotary Broom mounted where you would normally see the mower deck. The engine is a 37 HP Yanmar Diesel; liquid cooled 16-gallon fuel capacity.
The rotary broom has hydraulic lift and angle. The clearing width when the broom is straight is 57 inches. When the broom is angled 27 degrees the clearing width is 50 inches.
This equipment will make sand placement more efficient when brushing the embed into the artificial turf on the job sites.
Task training took place today in Fleet with Paul Cole from John Deere. Representatives of COMANCO Fleet, field personnel, upper management, Safety and Jared Delancey from Everglades Farm Equipment were in attendance for the task training.
