Everardo started his journey with COMANCO as a Laborer, quickly proving his commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. His passion and work ethic earned him a promotion to Liner Technician, where he took on greater responsibilities and honed his skills. Recognizing his potential, we invested in his growth by enrolling him in CDL school, helping him obtain his commercial driver’s license. This additional skill allowed him to contribute even more to our projects.
Stepping Into a Leadership Role
Now, as a Leadman, Everardo is stepping into a leadership role where he will oversee small repair jobs, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. More than just a manager, a Leadman serves as a mentor, guiding team members and ensuring job-site excellence. He will also be responsible for equipment management, helping to maintain the high standards of efficiency and professionalism that define COMANCO.
