COMANCO’s Employee Training Program (ETP) continues to be a cornerstone of our commitment to fostering growth and development within our organization. This year, our ETP sessions have been particularly impactful, providing a wealth of opportunities for our team members to enhance their skills, expand their knowledge, and elevate their career trajectories.
We recently welcomed a group of employees to our training program at our Florida headquarters. Our expert trainers, Justin (Jay) Grenke and Sam Smith, have been working tirelessly to equip them with the essential skills and expertise required to navigate the complexities of our industry. Participants have been actively engaged in practical exercises, simulating real-world scenarios to reinforce their understanding of industry best practices. By equipping our employees with a deeper understanding of these tools, we empower them to perform their jobs with greater efficiency and precision.

Upkeep and proper use of equipment are essential for safety and productivity on any job. I have a lot of respect for the people who trained me when I was starting and will always be willing to train others and encourage them to excel.”
- Justin “Jay” Grenke: “Here in ETP class today, we’re taking steps to show & improve different setup techniques for the particular units of equipment our workers will be utilizing when out in the field.”
