In recognition of his hard work, Medel was promoted to Liner Technician in 2019, a role in which he has truly excelled.

This year, Medel’s outstanding performance has set a new benchmark for success within our organization. Traditionally, the top positions for linear feet wedge welds at COMANCO have been held by a select few Master Seamers. However, Medel has surpassed expectations by leading the entire company in LF wedge welds for 2024. To illustrate this achievement, Medel welded nearly nine times the amount he had accomplished in previous years, demonstrating his exceptional skill and determination to grow and succeed after almost two decades of service.
