Several COMANCO employees recently completed the Department of Traffic Designated Employee Representative and Reasonable Suspicion training. Both courses are part of getting more compliant with Federal DOT regulations and will also make our workplace safer when sending drivers on the road. Susan Donahue provided the training at Business Services and Solutions of Bartow.
The required DOT compliance items we are improving on and training for are located in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, or FMCSA, which you can access here: www.fmcsa.dot.gov
The reason our fleet department undergoes this training is to improve on our driver file record keeping, e-log record keeping, and our Department of Transportation standard operating procedures.
