In an effort to maintain our commitment to working safely at all times, COMANCO’s safety department embarked on a week long journey on the west coast to perform safety audits at three ongoing projects.
First stop was at a landfill in Oregon where COMANCO is installing a multiple layer liner system. The crew was in good spirits and 
maintained an eye on each other which is critical on a project such as this one.
The second stop was at a Los Angeles area landfill in California. The crew was well aware of site hazards and had controls in place to correct and avoid any incidents.
The third and final audit was conducted at a landfill near Southern California. There was good team spirit and cooperation.
The audit findings demonstrated company safety is top priority among all crews visited. Company policies and requirements such as daily safety huddles and stretching prior to work start were done with an enthusiastic attitude. Keep up the good work!
