We are only one month into 2022 and are well underway with Professional Development Training! This week, 11 of COMANCO’s Leaders and Technology Champions attended the 2022 HCSS Users Group Meeting held at the Marriott Marquis Houston Downtown in Houston, TX. HCSS Software is specific to the construction industry and is a driving force for how we manage processes and procedures in Estimating, Safety, Equipment, and Operations. The goal for the training is to “Empower Every Employee” and learn as much as possible from the HCSS Staff. We also have the opportunity to network and take away best practices from others in our industry. Each attendee had the opportunity to attend training sessions specifically geared towards the departments they manage.
Oh, and did we mention these employees HAD FUN? Before traveling back, the team attended an HCSS event where our Shop Foreman, Adan Loza, tested his abilities on the mechanical bull. The team also spent some quality time courtside watching the Houston Rockets defeat the Cleveland Cavaliers. What a great way to build camaraderie and employee engagement!
