COMANCO began working on a Gas Collection System repair project in mid-February near Orlando, Florida. The team has worked diligently to repair the gas wells, sumps, flange gaskets and leachate cleanouts at this inactive landfill. Supervisor Justino Macedo and his crew completed over 50 items which required excavation and several rounds of quality control approval to proceed. They are currently finalizing the last few repairs and then will lay sod before the project is over. The team has worked safely and persistently to give our customer the quality of service and level of safety that COMANCO takes pride in providing.
