COMANCO is constantly growing, and in September, we welcomed five new hires to the team. Training is essential to preparing for a new job, so this group of new hires completed our week-long introductory training course. This course begins in the classroom and ends with hands-on task training to familiarize the group with the tools and procedures used in the field.
Starting their new roles with the proper safety and task training gives new employees a solid foundation and sets them up for success. As they grow with the company, they will revisit these courses and have the opportunity to attend new training courses, which will expand their skills.
