COMANCO Environmental has begun installation of sod on the 2nd phase of construction for a Coal Ash LF expansion project in Palatka, Florida. Despite the 20 plus inches of rain during the past 30 days, the crew is still making great progress. The aerial photos display the progress made by great leadership by Superintendent, Nathan Wilfong, and Foreman, Pedro Beltran along with teamwork.
