Not only must superintendents pay extremely close attention to environmental conditions and changes in planning, but they also have to adjust to personnel changes. While all COMANCO field technicians are skilled in their craft, there are some that have received specialized training that is needed at multiple job sites that are running simultaneously. COMANCO does an excellent job rotating these valuable resources between job sites to ensure the best quality is delivered to the customers.
When these additional employees arrive at the job site, they are greeted by a superintendent or foreman and receive a safety brief before starting any work. COMANCO’s leaders on the ground also ensure employees, already at the job site, are aware of the new additions and any changes to the scope of work. Pictured is Superintendent Matt Carroll, at a Central Florida location, briefing new additions to his crew. He also briefs an equipment operator on the new job requirements.
Ensuring everyone is 100% knowledgeable about the hazards, and the scope of work is a COMANCO priority. This increases morale and fosters a work environment of maximum effort. In turn, COMANCO is able to deliver outstanding customer service and a quality product.
