Upon completing the remaining 3 Acres of subgrade earthwork needed for 60 mil liner install to complete our project, we experienced a tremendous record-breaking 4 inches of rain.
This was definitely a setback, but our on-site Superintendents Scott Hall, Jorge Barrantes, and Larry Graham discussed a well thought out and agreed upon plan to pump the water out and continue re-work to get back on track with our progress and schedule.
