Last week, another round of COMANCO new hires completed their initial two-week training course. They ended the 2-weeks with COMANCO’s Task Training which gives all our new hires the chance to see and operate some of the equipment out on the job sites. Each employee is given the basic knowledge of the equipment and the safe practices for use. A big thanks to our Fleet Department for the valuable training they offer.
