Operators Roberto Fernandez and Jason Giles continuously demonstrate their commitment to COMANCO’s Employed Worker’s Training program. These men have received gift cards for their efforts beyond individual daily duties.
Along with Superintendent Jeremy Giles, Roberto and Jason not only understand the importance of continuous field training of fellow employees, but they also take it upon themselves to act on it. Both men have paid it forward to newer Company personnel by teaching them the safe ropes of our construction industry and have built skill sets for others.
Roberto, Jason, and Jeremy exemplify what it takes to maintain a healthy organization and most importantly, a safe, QUALITY work environment.
