COMANCO recently completed working on an Odor Abatement project at a landfill near Riverview, Florida. The project consisted of expanding a portion of an existing odor abatement system and relocating three onsite flares to new locations, as well as installing a new odor abatement system and installing two new flares.
The team installed approximately 2,000’ of 4” HDPE perforated pipe surrounding it with granite and a nonwoven textile. The project duration was from October to December 2014.
The team was lead by foremen Chase Yarbrough, Nate Wilfong, Pedro Beltran, and Gerardo Ruiz, project engineer Mohammad Lutfiyya, and project manager Matt Remmert. The team worked hard to complete the project ahead of schedule, under budget, and most importantly without any injuries.
Great job! Please enjoy some project photos.
