In Louisiana, we get a lot of unwanted rain, but we make the best of our downtime. Last Thursday, our experienced COMANCO liner technicians imparted their welding wisdom on our local, less experienced employees. These new employees soaked up as much knowledge as possible when it wasn’t raining, and got some great ‘hands-on’ training in a safe environment. Since the training was performed in a closed parking lot, PPE was not required. This interdependent training program shows our undeniable ‘Commitment to QUALITY.’
