Over the last few weeks, COMANCO has been working on a pond remediation project at a Central Florida chemical facility. The 10-man crew led by Superintendents Matt Carroll and Justino Macedo have been making a push to prepare the first area of subgrade for liner installation. Once prepared, the earthwork crew will turn over roughly 5 acres of subgrade to the liner crew which will be led by Supervisor Gerardo Ruiz. In all, the total lined area will be 15 acres of 80mil HDPE textured liner along with a geocomposite gas venting system. Check back in a few days to see the liner installation kick off!
