Last week, COMANCO employees attended an instructor-led Professional Development training workshop in Orlando, FL. Safety/Quality Manager Greg Pignataro, Construction Administrator Danielle Meador, and Project Manager Thomas Raab participated at the 1-day workshop provided by WagonheimU titled “Contract Negotiation & Communications.”
This training took a deep dive into understanding every facet of construction contract agreements. Topics included contract terms, ensuring payment, and using negotiation techniques and strategies to protect the company and build relationships.
