Last week, a core group of COMANCO employees attended FMI’s Emerging Managers Institute.
This 3-day training took place in North Carolina’s capital and included a jam-packed schedule geared towards providing practical business management skills to build effective leaders for the future. Topics included: Defining Critical Customer Relationships, Creating a Highly Motivated-High Performance Team, Personality Management, Action Planning, and much more. We look forward to hearing our employee’s feedback and takeaways from this training so we can implement new ideas into our organization.
