COMANCO strives to continually streamline operations with the use of innovative processes, high-quality software, and technology. This week, the Corporate Office welcomed Jeff Burch from Heavy Construction System Specialists (HCSS) to spend some quality training time with Office and Field Management employees. The HCSS Software systems such as Heavy Job, The Dispatcher, and Heavy Bid are crucial to the success of our day to day operations in the office and in the field. During the training sessions, Jeff rolled out Heavy Job Mobile which makes tasks in the field more efficient than ever with the use of an iPhone®, iPad®, or an AndroidTM device. COMANCO employees are always excited to see Jeff so they can refine their processes and come up with better and more effective ways to do their best work for the company. The Q & A sessions between Jeff and the various departments proved to be beneficial as there were a few “Aha! moments” with unexpected solutions that the employees can start implementing in their current workflow.
