COMANCO places a high priority on the Professional Development of our entire team. From the Field to the office, training is constantly in motion on the job site, in the yard and at the office. This week, COMANCO hosted Melody Takamori from Dexter|Chaney for a week of intensive process improvement training with the Spectrum software system. Spectrum, Dexter|Chaney’s premier Enterprise Resource Planning software for Construction is a key part of COMANCO’s administrative processes.
Accounting, Fleet, Human Resources and Operations Departments attended sessions all week with hands on training aimed at improving our administrative processes utilizing the Spectrum system. Melody, a 12 year veteran of Dexter|Chaney has been a valued training partner to COMANCO having been onsite at the Plant City Headquarters for implementation training in the past as well as hosting specialized classes offsite for many COMANCO Team Members.
Maximizing software utilization, streamlining processes and discovering more efficient ways to deliver a quality project to our customers is a never-ending goal at COMANCO. This week’s session delivered all departments attending a host of improvements that they will incorporate into our Standard Operating Procedures enabling them to better deliver SAFETY ★ QUALITY ★ SERVICE.
