COMANCO has successfully completed the heap leach pad for a gold mine 45 minutes south of Reno, Nevada. The project included installing over 170,000 square feet of Bentomat Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) & 80-mil Double Sided Textured High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane. Despite heavy rains just prior to the start of this project, the crew finished the installation ahead of schedule and without incident. Congratulations to the COMANCO crew for another job well done!
