The COMANCO IT and QC Departments have been working closely together to incorporate UAV based orthomosaics with our 4D modeling software to expedite the process of doing in-progress topographic surveys on our job sites. Not only is flying a UAV over the site a quicker and more efficient way to survey the site, it also avoids the potential safety hazards that are involved with walking around a job site while multiple pieces of heavy equipment are operating.
