Last Tuesday, COMANCO Vice President Clayton Lung and Vice President Tommy Topp handed out the 1st quarter Safety Gift Cards to the Operations department during their monthly Frontline Meeting at the COMANCO corporate office.
This group of managers and supervisors have the appropriate leadership and effective communication skills and continually instill safety culture and concepts into the workforce. COMANCO employed over 40 new hires in the first quarter of 2017 and new workers need to hear a strong safety message from day one.

- Execution of core safety processes and safety management systems
When new employees come onsite for orientation and indoctrination, it’s crucial they understand our culture of caring at COMANCO, and that we make safety a personal value.
