Ubaldo Mancilla was presented a gift card this week by QAQC Intern, Trevor Topp, and QC Engineer Evan Boa as an incentive for his mentorship efforts in training up other crew members on QC tasks, roles, and responsibilities in the field.
Ubaldo is a top performer that does not hesitate to take on new challenges with learning new tasks and training up in his current position of QC. He does all this while expanding and assisting as a heavy equipment operator, as well as sharing his knowledge and training up those willing to learn and excel around him.
