COMANCO’s quality control program has expanded outside of an already robust liner installation package, to now HDPE pipe. For pipe fusion and installations, CEC is trained and utilizes McElroy’s Data Logger Reports for manufacturer quality HDPE welding. Additionally, the Plastic Pipe Institute’s TN-38 ‘Bolt Torque for Polyethylene Flanged Joints Guideline’ is strictly followed for all flanged connections.
All reports generated utilizing these institutions are provided to owners and engineers alike as a standard for the COMANCO. Similar to earthwork operations utilizing surveys and liner installations abiding by GSI-GM and ASTM’s, owners can rely on COMANCO to thoroughly document its quality workmanship that meets and exceeds industry standards.
