After a rainy August, a COMANCO crew led by superintendent Nathan Wilfong took full advantage of a dry and temperate September. In the month of September, the team continued to prepare subgrade for the liner by excavating and filling 6,000 tons of waste fill material and hauling over 7,000 tons of dirt cover. Over 12 acres of subgrade was prepared for the liner, on this 64-acre project. The crew is off to a tremendous start. The COMANCO employees continue to make SAFETY their number one priority as they progress deeper into the project.
