COMANCO welcomed Viewpoint’s Melody Takamori to the Plant City headquarters this week. The three-day on-site training visit was aimed at increasing COMANCO employees knowledge of Viewpoint’s Spectrum Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Throughout the year all COMANCO departments build a training plan based on the changes in the software package as well as the shifting needs of the company. This plan is approved at the VP level, and Melody forms a customized curriculum focused on our inputs
Over the course of the three days, Melody spent time with six departments and passed on valuable best practices to 25 COMANCO employees to better utilize the Spectrum by Viewpoint ERP system. The COMANCO Accounting Team, in particular, took a deep-dive into the workings of Spectrum in order to hone their SOP and streamline current procedures. This focus on constant improvement is just one part of the Professional Development plan at COMANCO.
