COMANCO Construction completed the concrete pour for the building floor slab and the first portion of the structural wall for the new Hardee’s in Deltona, FL.
After more than a week of preparation, including the first rough of electrical and plumbing, the team was ready to start. The masonry work has been underway for the better part of a week and is scheduled for completion at the end of this week. The remainder of the structural concrete wall will be the final step prior to bar joist and metal decking installation.
QA/QC Engineer Evan Bao and IT Manager Matt DiTarando were onsite to fly COMANCO’s UAV overhead to provide some fantastic aerial footage of the pour.
