COMANCO continues to progress at the Starkey Ranch Sports Complex. Floor slabs and stem walls have been poured at the Concession and standalone Restroom buildings. The pre-engineered metal Maintenance Building slab is being prepped for vapor barrier, rebar, and anchor bolt installation in anticipation of inspection and concrete pour the first of next week.
Up next, the exterior block masonry walls will begin to go up for the Concession and Restroom buildings as various plumbing and electrical elements will be installed within the walls as they go vertical.
