The 2016 Benefits Open Enrollment began on February 1st and this week, HR is holding several informational meetings for the COMANCO employees. For today’s Open Enrollment meeting, Nathalia Plante (HR & Benefits Administrator) was accompanied by Ben Chitester (Project Engineer) as well as our dedicated insurance broker representatives Liz Antaya and Brittany Stahl from Stahl & Associates Insurance to one of our large job sites. They put on steel toe boots, safety vests, and hard hats and went to our Mosaic Greenbay job sites to meet with COMANCO field employees.
COMANCO crew members had a lot of good questions about their benefits, Open Enrollment, and 401(k).
Additional meetings are scheduled both in the office and field as we are trying to equip our employees with knowledge about their benefits, so that they make informed health decisions in 2016 and beyond!
