COMANCO Environmental just wrapped up an XR-5 repair job for a secondary jet fuel containment near Panama City, FL. The General Contractor put in 10 new concrete support columns for a new pipe system to be installed. Once these columns were poured, COMANCO tied back into the containment’s existing XR-5 liner and ran the new XR-5 up the columns where it attached to an XR-5 embed channel. Upon completion, all tie-in areas were tested with an Air Lance to ensure the liner system was 100% sealed.
Superintendent, Todd Kirkman, and a 3-man crew worked safely & diligently to complete these patches on time for the customer.
