COMANCO has recently completed the installation of a forcemain pipe for Waste Services, Inc. in Riverview, Florida. The project installed approximately 3500 LF of pipe from the existing pump station, along the access road and active landfill perimeter, to the Hillsborough County stub out valve tie-in at the NW corner of the property. The existing pump station was also expanded to include a new concrete pad that houses a new pump station and control panel that will tie into the existing one. Additionally, COMANCO was able to coordinate well with WSI, as well as Sun Country Landfill to maintain the highest safety standards and still maintain the contruction schedule of the project. The COMANCO team was led by Project Superintendent Bill Newman, Project Manager Matt Remmert and Project Engineer Daniel McRae.
