The CMU block walls have been completed for the Concession and stand-alone Restroom buildings at Starkey Ranch. While the Concession and Restroom walls were being completed, inspected, and filled, the steel erectors continue to make headway, working on installing wall and roof panels for the pre-engineered Maintenance Building. Now that the CMU block walls are complete, COMANCO will get started on the wood trusses and decking for the Concession and stand-alone Restroom, and look to wrap up the install of the exterior of the Maintenance Building.
